What is Roman Salas LLC?

We are a small family owned business located in Rhode Island that resell items bought through liquidators and wholesalers. Merchandise pallets of New, overstock, open box, and store returns from different major retailers.

How can I be sure of the quality of the clothes?

We do not sell any items that are marked, torn, or damaged. Every piece in apparel is inspected, photographed, individually wrapped in their original package, and stocked in our stock room. We quality check each item at several stages before it is listed on the website.

How can I be sure of the quality of the electronic merchandise?

We do not sell any items that are damaged. Every piece of electronic items we sell from headphones to electrical baby swings is inspected for cracks, scratches, it is taken from the original box and plugged in to ensure that it is working as the item was intended to be used, photographed, placed back into original package (if it is in original package-if not it will be placed individually wrapped in a box), and stocked in our stock room. We quality check each item before it is listed on the website.

How can I be sure of the quality of the items in the Toy section?

All toys are in original unopened package unless stated otherwise in the description of the toy. All toys remain unopened, photographed (pictures taken from each side of the package), and stocked in our stock room. We quality check each item before it is listed on the website.

Is Roman Salas LLC a marketplace?

We are not a marketplace, we do not have more than one seller, we are a small family owned business, that enjoy buying many different types of pallets from liquidators, our merchandise is constantly revolving.

Is Roman Salas LLC a thrift store?

We are not a thrift store. We are resellers.  A Thrift Store is selling donated items. A reseller buys items (we buy new items) by the bulk and resells them to the public.

What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of majority of items we sell, our clause on returns for the items we are selling that are not POD (Print on Demand), our policy on returns is simple and final; all merchandise is sold as is, a final sale. 

We buy all our inventory sight unseen and have faith that the pallets will be good enough to sell. After inspecting each item individually, we only post items deem able to sell on our website. There is a lot of unseen merchandise we do not show because it did not pass our quality checks.

Can open box items be considered as new unused product?

Yes. The term Open-box has a bad reputation because it is mistaken as used. However, they may actually be brand-new items — just with a nice discount because the box happens to be open
